Chatterbee
Chatterbee is my final project for a User Experience Circuit course I took with General Assembly. The challenge was to identify the main issue that people are facing when trying to stay connected with family and friends throughout U.S. and the world and come up with a solution.
My research included user interviews, competitive analysis, using affinity mapping to create a persona, creating user flows and story boards, prototyping, user testing, wireframing and eventually creating the final prototype using inVision.
In my research I found out that the main issue that people came across is the time difference between the time zones. Most preferred to video or audio call using their phone so I focused my research on mobile apps. After looking into a number of competitors I discovered that most of them had very similar features but none of them had a calendar scheduling feature, which is what I based my final project around.
After a creating a few user testing sessions and a number of revisions to my prototype I ended up with a product that the end users were very happy with.
